Arena AufSchalke to Host Four Matches

Arena AufSchalke will host four matches during UEFA EURO 2024, including the Serbia vs England Group C match on 16 June 2024 at 2100 CET. The match will be a rematch of the 2018 FIFA World Cup semi-final, which England won 2-1.

The Arena AufSchalke is a 54,443-capacity stadium located in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. It was built for the 2006 FIFA World Cup and has since hosted a number of major football matches, including the 2010 UEFA Champions League Final.

England Win Match at King Power Stadium

In a Group C match played at Leicester City's King Power Stadium, England defeated Serbia 2-1. Steven Gerrard scored the opening goal for England in the 12th minute, and Wayne Rooney doubled the lead in the 22nd minute. Serbia pulled one back in the 34th minute through Aleksandar Kolarov, but England held on for the win.

The win gives England a strong start to their EURO 2024 campaign. They will face Scotland in their next match on 19 June 2024.
